Il ristoro del viandante is a detached house in the village of Licciana Nardi, available for short, tourist or business rentals.
Il ristoro del viandante is a typical Lunigiana house, located in the historic village of Licciana. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with independent heating, a kitchen complete with electric oven, and a washing machine. The house can accommodate up to six guests and is structured as follows:
- On the ground floor, separate entrance and hallway, in which a small animal or bicycles can be accommodated if necessary
- First floor: kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine
- Second floor: room no. 1 with double bed, room no. 2 with two single beds
- Third floor: in a charming wooden sub-roof there is a double bed on the floor
WARNING!
The house extends from the ground floor (street level) to the third floor, the mansard. It is therefore a house full of stairs, not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, very elderly people or small children.
Our location
Licciana Nardi is located 9 km from the Aulla motorway exit on the La Spezia – Parma motorway. The Aulla Lunigiana railway station is 8 kilometres from the village. From Licciana Nardi it is possible to reach La Spezia in 30 minutes, the Cinque Terre in 40 minutes, Pisa, Lucca and Versilia in about an hour.
